When you call in for remote support, you get an engineer on the phone. All our Help Desk and Escalation Engineers have at least 5 years of technical experience with most having 10 years or more. Our engineers are all US Based on are employees of eDot. We strive to solve your issue on the first call. We also have our team of Services Engineers. This team focuses on behind the scenes work such as allow and block lists, auditing your daily backups, working on afterhours device or service patching, plus other services. We also have engineers who work on the most complex issues, such as complex routing, firewall configuration, server and and data center configuration.
Most services can be accomplished remotely. We have a full team of engineers that can be on-site for any number of issues. Perhaps it is just a PC or Server Install. We also have clients who require an engineer on a regular basis (staff augmentation). If you have a user or an office that is not in the Chicago area, we have a full network of engineers across the US to service any location.
