Managed IT Support
We have been supporting IT clients since 1999. Our engineers average more than 10 years of experience in the IT/Managed Service Provider Industry. Our engineers have been with eDot for an average of 9 years each… a couple are at 20 years. They know the MSP business, they know our clients and they know how to develop a plan to minimize issues, increase security and take care of the users.
We have several support programs that are based on your specific business.
- Fully Managed Support – Most of our clients are on this program. We managed everything: security, firewall, devices, unlimited remote support, backup systems, license, procurement, IT Consulting and more. In this program, we offer a Silver Level and a Gold Level depending on the level of security required by the client.
- High Level Managed Support – some of our clients have their own IT department. In these situations, we managed the Firewall, Servers and Backups. The client IT department manages the end users.
- Projects or Single Service – we are here to help. We can do single projects (such as a full switch replacement or implementing a new server. For some clients, we only manage a firewall. While we have a full suite of services and security, we will help wherever needed.
- Remote or On-Site Support – Most work these days can be accomplished remotely. However, we have teams in Chicago and resources across the country for any on-site work that is needed.
