Weather-related disruptions can cripple an organization as severely or even more so than technical disruptions. In 2021 there were 20 different weather and climate-related disasters that each cost the U.S. one billion dollars or more, just two events shy of the record set in 2020. Last week we featured insights on the 2022 hurricane season and how organizations can prepare for the severe summer weather that often makes its way to the Midwest following a tropical storm or hurricane making landfall on one of our coastlines.
